of Research Results
Rosen, Kwart and Mahoney (a student who had assisted with the research
process and analysis of the data) presented a paper a the Canadian Association
on Gerontology annual meeting in Edmonton, October 1992 on the design,
implementation and evaluation of this program. There was considerable
interest expressed in the concept and many requests were received from
professionals in the field of aging across Canada for more information
on the program. There was also interest expressed from minority cultural
and racial communities for more input for their older parents on this
topic.
